When Brian O’Conner loses his prized race car in a street race, he needs another one, fast! He finds a wrecked 1994 Toyota Supra Mk IV in a junkyard and, with the help of Dom Toretto’s crew, turns it into a high-performance street racing machine, helping to strengthen Brian’s bond with his new-found friends and symbolising his own transformation throughout the film.

The car shows its real worth at the climax of the film, when Brian races the Supra against Dom’s Dodge Charger. Their antics take them beneath a railroad crossing, where they narrowly avoid hitting a train. Dom crashes his car and Brian hands over the keys to his Supra.
